A Comprehensive Yoga System For The Athlete In All Of Us
Change is the only constant in your life. It permeates your existence and creates new paths that you discover along the way. So many of you have written with your athletic accomplishments and have been gracious enough to credit the success to my yoga programs...but truly the credit is yours. Yoga is noncompetitive. It is only about approaching the mat fresh every day with a newfound spirit to try. That's why first time students love these workouts...as will you.
Some days will go better than others. That's alright. Wherever you are that day is where you are supposed to be. If you can genuinely appreciate that concept, then you will be able to use this system. I did not create these videos so you can breeze through them. I have produced a comprehensive Progressive Power Yoga system that represents the same invigorating power yoga routines of high energy, flowing asanas, balance poses and deep cool down stretches that my professional sports clients are using. This system supplies more weight loss, stretching, cardio, calorie burn, stress relief, environmental spirituality, improved immunity, increased focus, and increased metabolism than any other program. It is very possible to burn 700 calories while practicing this 85-minute workout.
Progressive Power Yoga® is practiced in more than 70 countries around the world by people of all skill levels because it truly is a progressive experience. People fall out of their poses. So do I. So will you. That's okay too. It's yoga practice, not yoga perfect. These videos show students of all range of experience so you have a wide choice of paths for you to follow at any point of the workout. Either way, yoga is a time to spend in the Now.
I invite you to join us as we practice Progressive Power Yoga - The Foundation. This program is the blueprint of this 5-series system. Use this video at the beginning of the week and then supplement it with The Core, The Stretch, The Flow and finish the week with The Culmination at the base of a vortex in Sedona, Arizona.
