We all live in the illusion of the three dimensional world...but deep inside, the meaning of life is to participate fully in the play...all the while knowing you are in the audience. Another way of seeing it is to live in the moment, stay present and participate fully in life...that is where Progressive Power Yoga is so valuable.

Unlike Pilates, Spinning, Running, Swimming, Kickboxing or any other form of exercise, yoga provides a mental and spiritual component that is not found in the other exercise regimen. An actress may want to find the essential stimuli from which to draw at a key moment in her performance. An athlete may find themselves with time expanding as they must make the split second decision upon which everything rests. Again...that is where Progressive Power Yoga is without peers. It is an all-encompassing training regimen that consistently generates results that are unparalleled.

In Volume 2, the comprehensive workout continues. Tests show that repeating the same workout on a daily basis will cause your body to hit a plateau in its development. However, if you do each of these three workouts throughout the week, you will continue to progress. I use students of all range of experience so that you will always have someone to watch. It is completely acceptable to fall in your practice. It happens to me too. Allow it to be and let go of your attachment to the outcome. Instead, please recognize that I did not make these to be an easy workout that you can breeze through. This is a challenge. Just do what you can, rest or go easier during the other parts. Eventually you will be doing all of it. In the mean- time, allow yourself the luxury of enjoying. Yoga is about nurturing your soul. Treaure it.
