People who have not practiced yoga are quick to dimiss it as being non exercise-based. They quantify it as a gentle stretching regimen. But yoga is so much more than that...especially my style of Progressive Power Yoga. These workouts are all over 90 minutes and will burn up to 800 calories in a single workout.

I could make you all of the warranties... lose more weight, burn more calories, sculpt long, lean, sexy muscles, increase metabolism, improve focus, improve immune system and burn more fat than any other system out there...but in the end, yoga is so much more of an individual experience than all of the list of benefits that it generates. Yoga is noncompetitive and it allows you to progress at your own pace. It is the ultimate exercise of staying in the Now, of coming to the mat fresh everyday with a passion to explore the best of yourself without having any attachment to the outcome. This is yoga practice, not yoga perfect. So if you choose to practice Progressive Power Yoga, you have to promise yourself that you will not be frustrated with yourself if you cannot do everything. Especially at first. I make my videos with students of all range of experience. Some fall...as do I...as will you. That is OK. Allow it to be and try again, for each day your yoga practice will manifest itself through you and you have the chance to embrace it daily for all that it brings you. In yoga, there are no levels.
